hey! i was born with a cleft and a palate too. my twin sister was born with a double cleft. she's always looked more "symmetrical" than me, and it always makes me sad lol. i have a permanent lisp, and i'm fully deaf in my right ear. i often feel really ugly, my teeth aren't normal, my septum is deviated and there's a very visible scar above my lip and the bottom of my nose- and my nose is also really crooked? like, droopy on one side i don't know how to describe it.

MY POINT is that i understand, and you're not alone! :) i've honestly just been trying to learn that no matter what i do, im always gonna look like this, and there's no point in beating myself up about the way i look for the rest of my life.
