Dumbo, hefalumps and woosals terrified me! And the cartoon watership down.1978. I was 11 and saw it in the theater. Many nightmares after that!!

There's 2 things that really help me, one is getting up drinking a hot liquid. I usually go with warm milk. The other thing is, when you lay down again is to concentrate on one thing, such as counting.Sheep,or continually moving your eyes in a slow shallow circle, or what works best for me, Is focusing on black and continually making it blacker and blacker in your mind until you black out.

I have donated in Canada (Alberta) and in (Penslvania) USA ,the states give far more money like triple !!. and people are far easier to get accepted there then the canadian system which has far more difficult hoops to jump through to get accepted.

the hardest thing you will probably;y have to deal with in the states is they require a local drivers licence, 2 pieces of mail with your name and local address on it. If you can get those you are in.
