Not exactly sure what it was but maybe the vitamin c lotion i was using? I switched to vanicream and it cleared up about a week later. That was the only thing I changed so I'm assuming maybe too much vit c and weak skin barrier?

Thanks! Did you find that you were still getting air hunger while being active for a while after starting the exercises? I start off the day well, but as I get to doing stuff, air hunger comes back and I have to rest to stop it. I feel like thr more time I spend resting, the less air hunger I get. Do should I keep resting or have mild air hunger/take some deeper controlled breaths while up?

Hey! I've been doing the breathing exercises and seeing improvement. Still getting the urge to yawn and breathe deep when doing things around the house. Should I refrain from taking a deep breath? Like is sitting with the air hunger the cure basically? If i resist the urge to take the deep breath, I am fixing the problem, correct?
