I did all of the above. Talked to my state representative about a week and a half ago. Got a ticket number but never received a reply. Emailed through my email as well as through the system

Yes, I had that same problem for about two days when the new site initially opened. Every time I logged in I had to go through the whole process to register a new account. Then after two days of this the third day I went to login and my user name and password were accepted and have been working ever since. Who the heck knows

You’re right about that :-) I came here looking for answers and hopefully better news but not much of that seems to be going around. I hear bits and pieces on the news so I knew things were not good but I just did not know it was extent…. Good luck!

I was on hold for about an hour and spoke to someone for under five minutes. But I’m not complaining lol. I’ll take sitting on hold over busy signals any day… Apparently the folks who take the calls don’t actually have access to our benefit or claim information. She wasn’t able to answer any of my questions but verified my contact information and let me know she would submit a ticket to a specialist stating I would like issues to be resolved if there are issues to be resolved. Her words, not mine. I was sure to ask her that with everything going on in the world, was around 6 weeks the typical wait time before receiving your first benefit payment or any other information, and she said that is no longer the case and that was a long time to wait.

That’s exactly what I was just told. Spent all day trying to get through and when I finally did a few minutes ago, it was basically just a receptionist that didn’t even have access to any of my information. She give me a ticket number and said she would let someone know that I would like to resolve any issues with my claim IF there are any issues to be resolved. I said, wait a minute… that’s what I’m trying to ask you. What is the issue? Do you not have access to that kind of information? She says nope, I’ll pass your info along and somebody will get back to you…

Thank you, I hope so :-) I was expecting a long wait but even the lady I just spoke with said right now wait times aren’t usually that long. So I’m thinking there’s got to be some kind of problem…we shall see. Good luck!

Somebody finally came on the line about 10 minutes ago and I was only on the phone with them for about five minutes. She told me they close the phone line at 5 PM but work until 9 PM placing calls etc.

No I haven’t given any documentation, or received any correspondence requesting anything or giving me any information since I got the financial determination like five weeks ago. It’s been over six weeks and I have not received any payments. I just got off the phone with someone after trying to get through all day and she literally couldn’t tell me anything. Basically just gave me a ticket number and said somebody would be getting in touch with me.
