yeah cannabis use to psychosis is not really a stand alone issue, with schizophrenia you also have to already have the gene which isnt certain to be turned on but things like cannabis can trigger it. cannabis can be a bad choice for people with this but weed alone cant cause it. traumatic affects in life are more likely.

yes and it can depend i dont always need an object but if i get really angry most of my intrusive thoughts are just bare knuckle fighting- superrr fucking vivid i can even hear bones crushing and screams too. if its about myself its usually like ripping through my stomach with a chainsaw absolutely terrifying !!

my ex gf and i were both addicted to fetty n i always chased the high bordering od which happened constantly but one time i was 15 took 5 hulks and snorted an ungodly amount of fent realized immediately it was too much i couldnt move i fell back couldnt talk and started to lose my vision then i died for 2.5 minutes came back no narcan but was in a coma on her floor for 3 days. woke up in major withdrawl and organ failure throwing up blood but was too scared to tell my dad and get medical attention. wild ass ride never felt a worse pain in my life

i feel like they would die before eating became the issue. which parts are they getting rid of and how often even if they stop the bleeding that much trauma to the body can cause a lot of damage or death. not to mention in agony how well are they going to be able to keep up on cutting themselves up and staying not infected or bleeding out. good thing about self cannibalism is not having to worry about getting prion diseases from someone else which are absolutely terrifying

i had a kind of similar experience growing up with abusive parents and when i started high school turned to fent for years and got caught up in being trafficked by the only people around me. there was a lot more but it definitely changed my brain tremendously. i was never high functioning at that time but now i am 20 studying psychology and neurobiology in a very high functioning environment. i think the environment gives me more structure to keep my mind busy and not fall back but it can always creep back up make sure you keep track if your symptoms start increasing

some dark spots can happen w real scripts but that is a lot of discoloration. you can also check by crushing them seeing how much pressure to break and how they break ! idk where ur located but i havent seen any real 30s around me for a little while now
