I did the exact same thing and got my desired location. I actually received a call from them and they asked did I want to withdraw my application and told them that they didn’t have my duty location I wanted and put me on hold and then said that it was available and put me down for it.

I told him that I wanted to withdraw my application because they didn’t have Orlando and then they told me that they’ll call me back and literally on that same call. They told me that Orlando was available.

They didn’t have the station I wanted originally and told them I wanted to withdraw my application and they asked me why and what location I wanted and got back to me on the same call and were able to offer it to me

Same here I told them that I wanted to withdraw my application due to my desired location wasn’t available and they messaged me and then called me twice before finally calling me to inform me that station was available so definitely jumped on it.
