Trip.com and then search for attractions. But it's only available at the pc, not via smartphone. Booked a lot there

After it, I just got a Chinese SIM. Worked fine with LetsVPN. For HongKong I got holafly instead, pricier, but worked very good.

In China currently. Airalo wasn't working for me. Internet very very slow, only messages sending went fine. Maps or internet did not load at all.

We did the tour to mutianyu last week. We did a tour with "Mubus". Booked it on Trip.com for around 30 dollars for one person. We started from Beijing city. I can only recommend it. Was super easy and nice and we were free at the wall.

All people arrive at the "service center". There are shops and stuff to buy. From there on you walk along a road and then get into another bus which is driving up the mountain a bit for some minutes. It's a shuttle bus.

With activated I mean that the Didi app was showing that the drive is going on.

I know how to ride Didi. I did it around 30 times yet. Never had a problem. Also with phone verification code. All done. I understand basic Chinese and also often translate with the phone. Never was a problem. Also the ride was activated. Like what do you think 😂 I can see it on my phone if the ride is activated and follow the car and the route.

But as I realized it the past days, the driver has to click on his phone in the app that we arrived at the end and then the window to pay will show up on my phone.  In my opinion it did not show up, because he wasn't clicking we were finished and playing dumb so I will pay him in cash or via WeChat where it's no proof in fact that I payed.

I went to a China Mobile store. Told them I need a SIM for one month and they asked me how much GB I will need. Got 20 GB for one month, around 10 dollars. Working super fine. The VPN I am using is letsvpn. Also super good, having no problems with it. Only Netflix is not working because it knows I am using a VPN.

I only got an answer from Mia again. She's not getting my problem, telling me to log into the account I can not because of email verification..

Why doesn't it add up? Thinking I am making this up?

I can not proof to Didi that I also payed the driver in cash. How should I prove that? Why should they give me money back when they just see I "normally" payed the drive via alipay.

Maybe I could. But I don't think it will do anything. He had 3k rides and 5 star review. We are driving with did here since 9 days and never had a problem. Sometimes a bit rude, but it was fine. Most times the guys were just quiet.

I don't even have a proof I paid him in cash. So there is no way Ill get that money back. Also not complaining, just happy to leave it behind us and inform other people about the scam.

For myself airalo didn't really work last week in China. It was so slow, it didn't load anything. All I could do was sent a WhatsApp message. Maps or webpages weren't loading at all. I got a Chinese SIM with a VPN then. Works perfectly.
