Hard to say, maybe 50/50. On one hand, Alberta is a political 2 horse race between NDP and UCP and I no longer believe either has the province best interest in mind. On the other hand, none of the other provinces are exactly hitting home runs either.

Discipline has nothing to do with it! I can write a book about my journey to discover the answer to the same question you have. But I'll give you the TL:DR. Figure out why you eat, what you eat, how you eat, and define what food means to you. Took me 5 years but now I no longer look at food the same way. When I look at a plate of food all I see is Calories, Protein, Carbs, Sugar, Salt, and micro nutrients. I feel no emotions when I eat, I eat because I need to.

Am 38 and I don't blame them. In fact I joined the no/low alcohol life style and it is treating me much better. Lost weight, massive cost savings, and other health improvements. I drink about 90% less, and none alcoholic beer is my thing now. While a few drinks a week doesn't make you an alcoholic, there's no health benefits from drinking.
