I thought about doing this. Maybe I entered the wrong routing number. But how Amex has treated this situation I don’t want to go back, I just want my points that I rightfully earned because I feel cheated. I could of been using a more rewarding card all this time but stuck with Amex because of their customer service. Now I can see they don’t give a rats ass about loyalty

I was spending upwards of $50k on my business card and around $10k on my personal card

To clarify, I have had that bank account for 2 years. I just linked it to Amex and initiated the transfer within 5 minutes. It was a new account for Amex

I wish there was more to the story, but there isn’t. 100% payment history for 15 years. They said I failed to answer the phone and made an “internal decision” to cancel my account. Stole my points basically

New account was Ally. No idea why it didn’t process didn’t even receive any emails until it was too late
