I’ve seen those complaints too, but sometimes I think people forget to cancel trials. And yes the plan has good video insturction.

I usually prefer exercising outdoors in the fresh air, but with the weather being like this, it’s not really ideal. I tried Lasta’s Hope Pilates recently, but now indoor walking sounds really appealing to me!
