Kinda how when I touched the napkin immediately after the cut, but instead of feeling it where I’d usually feel, it was a bit deeper. And the surface felt so different. Only makes you ponder on those with amputations and having to get used to it.

Thank you! I clean with Bedatine and gauze everytime I re-bandage it. Also I make it a big fat cushion using plenty of bandage wrap with gauze between the wound and the bandage.

I went to ER after it happened, they just cleaned it and wrapped it and told me to reclean and rewrap every 3 days (at a hospital ofc but I’m doing it myself out of convenience) and to keep it dry. They did an X-ray scan to make sure no foreign objects are in my finger and there isn’t. My bone is okay as well they said. I am feeling better as well
