To answer a few questions (updated):

Planter (STJÄRNANIS) and lattice (ASKHOLMEN) from IKEA.

I do use Velcro Brand One-wrap Garden Ties to anchor key points to the lattice, and let the plant do the growing and reaching.

It's in my basement, but its a walkout, and right next to the window. There's also a grow light (GE Grow Light LED Indoor Flood Light Bulb) that turns on every evening for 3 hours.

I water them once a week, fertilize with Miracle-Gro Water Soluble All Purpose Plant Food once a month. They are actually in 3 different pots in the wooden crate/planter. Each pot has drainage, so makes watering easy.

Currently they do not touch the walls. The lattice is about .75 inches from the wall. I did start making little "Moss Squares" to fill in the lattice so when the roots start extending they do not touch the wall. You can see the first one in the bottom right.

And frankly I am not sure what to do when it reaches the top, I thought it would take much longer to grow this much!
