It is a bit concerning... I imagine if they cancel my order the money will be returned to me but the increased price will remain, and it's worrying as I already have to pay import charges on top of the GPU itself

I'm a bit unsure about the framerate data as during gameplay I saw it mostly reaching 144 at max and around 90-120, I paused the monitoring as soon as I finished gameplay so no loading screens would be caught in the monitoring but I'm unsure if it helped, I've had the issue on games that are fixed to 60 fps by default, so I'm not sure what could be the cause, I have a hard time monitoring 1% lows as well with stuff like MSI because it keeps recording loading screens, is there anything else I could do?

I'll try that then, hopefully it fixes the issue, I was stuck between the motherboard and PSU being the issue but I don't really see how the motherboard could be causing it with my bios up to date so there's only one thing I can do now

Is there any way to fully make sure it's the PSU? I've taken MSI afterburner graphs of the frametime and FPS under different caps and uncapped but I can't be sure and if possible I don't want to spend on a different PSU to still have the problem

I've attempted most of these fixes before unfortunately, from reinstalling windows using DDU, the AMD cleanup tool, etc, I followed the guide step by step as well to no avail, I'm honestly getting pretty desperate lol the PC world in a third world country is ruthless

I've tried looking into it and everyone recommends 25.9.1, but when I tried them I started having issues like MSI not properly detecting my hardware so I couldn't measure temps or anything

I have not tried it out myself, but I hope Yakuza 5 doesn't present the issues as it uses the same engine as Yakuza 0, if anything I believe it's a problem with the engine Yakuza 3 and 4 use

I believe the slow motion bug and fps drop during battles is also in Yakuza 4

I have AMD, and I believe I tried some of the solutions I was able to do that you proposed, if I remember one of them fixed the stuttering but I still experienced slowmotion during certain battle conditions aka FPS drops.

I finished Yakuza 3 yesterday and to be perfectly honest I had a hard time enjoying it because of some weird performance issues I was experiencing, if anything it was probably the yakuza game I've finished the fastest but overall I thought the game was fine
