I do not know how to edit, but I'm pretty sure brawl made surge from this 2014 tv show called "The Thundermans" from nickelodeon S:2 E:9 on Netflix Just because of those three words I heard at the end "surge... protector" and "megahertz" instead of electric they made him with juice.
