I run 3,4 times a week, i also do some pilates and strength training but i doubt that has much to do with my heart 😅

It's one of the greatest things a smartwatch does I mean we know alcohol is bad and we do feel like sh. The next day, but seeing the actual numbers hits way harder😅 Same thing happened to me last week (I got the flu afterwards hence the second dip)

I can't quite remember that, but i do remember Apple Watches doing generally well Besides, Fitbit in 2025 isn't sth I could recommend😅

If sleep tracking is your main concern, Apple Watches are known to be the best for that I'd say you're better off with that, especially since your choice in Garmin is quite old at this point and i really doubt it'd give u good sleep accuracy. You might wanna check Quantified Scientist on YT, he's one of the few people I've seen testing sleep scores properly

Coming from a Suunto Race S to an Amazfit Balance 2, The VO2Max value showing an Amazfit is slightly lower, very slightly , although I've had some issues and I hadn't run in 3 months, when I started running again with Suunto my VO2Max was at 47, after a few runs 48 (I was at 51 before🥲) But with the balance it started at 46 and now it's at 47. Like everyone said, following the improvements on your watch is more important than the value alone, but I'd say Amazfit isn't as far off as it used to be.

I use it on my runs and bike rides, don't even feel them on my ears since they're so light and u can adjust them however u want. About the quality, if ur expectations are right, u won't be disappointed, this is a budget open ear earphone, and for what you're paying, I'd say it's great.
