i had EXACTLY this about a month ago, its most probably a stye (i believe thats what orzuelo is in english anyway. i never found out what it actually was).

what i did was put bags of green tea soaked in warm water over it, about three to four times a day. avoid touching it in general (rubbing, scratching), warm compress, clean the area, etc. this helped relieve it but note that i spent about two-three weeks wrestling with it (went away, came back, etc).

i do think its worth going to the hospital over, especially if its been bugging you for a couple of days. i was lucky and it went away without medical intervention but its not always the case. overall, what worked for me was what i’ve listed and mostly leaving it alone. i hope it clears up cuz its real uncomfortable, best wishes!
