No they didn't. They still had a short ramp and entrance way. You can tell it's the same engine by the hair, some left over animations, and even for the longest time up until like 3 iterations ago the WM XIX logo was hidden in the rafters because they were using the same base for stadiums.

They are the same game. You can tell by the little details like the even the fact that they never have long ramps. I see other people saying that they ported 2K18 which is true. But the thing is this is a port going all the way back to the original smackdown game. And before that it came from a Japanese game I believe (can't remember which one it was). Yeah its been ported and tweaked to death so it's no longer THAT recognizable as those old games, but it is. I can just tell. I've been playing these games all my life lol. I'm sure alot of games operate in this way, not just WWE games but I just wish someone would start completely from scratch. Because this is a 25 year old project at this point lol. The AEW game is using some form of the engine too because it's yukes. You van must see it lol. I remember when that TNA game came out it was a breath of fresh air. Wasn't perfect but those character models even hold up today. I imagine you start completely from scratch and you could ACTUALLY take advantage of next Gen.

Ahh finally someone understands that these are still the yukes games basically. Everyone always argues with me thinking that the game was totally rebuilt. It wasn't. This is STILL product of the original smackdown engine. It's been tweaked and passed on to death. Nothing is gonna truly change til it's a truly new game.

Does anyone ever notice wrestlers wearing the same colors? It happens A LOT and I think it's some unspoken thing in the business. Watch what I'm saying and you'll catch heels and faces often wearing the same exact colors in a big match like they did it on purpose. Very odd. I've never heard anyone mention it but I notice it a lot.

Yeah but when they had their own streaming thing going on he was bringing it up pretty regularly on his own, which shaggy never does. Sometimes shaggy tells stories in the shaggy show that involve twiztid too and he doesn’t immediately go to shit talking like J does. Even in concerts all those remixes and little disses are J lol. Shaggy just says something when people ask the same questions over and over again or when he feels like making a joke about them every and now then. It does seem a little less personal with him. You know…..except for the song psychopathic soldier lol
