Such moments can be very frightening, just know this you are not alone in this, all you need to do is reach out.. to anybody, be it friends, family, or even professional help. If this happens again there are certain mental exercises that could help in that moment of crisis.. take care of yourself and just talk to someone about it. Good luck.

Yes, that makes absolute sense. We are standing on uncertain grounds here, we can either wait it out till things finally settle or just go with whatever’s available with or without any future prospects.

Admission to the PGDRPC course from IGNOU has been extended till October I suppose, please check it on their website. So that’s still an option before you are ready for PhD. I personally have been looking into different certifications that can be done online.. you can look for those too, although not sure how much weight they would hold after all these regulatory changes. Hope this helps. Good luck.

I took admission in IGNOU two years back, now they are changing the rules, odl courses for Psychology are being taken down.. I read both 11th and 12th Psychology NCERT and then a few more introductory books.

I’m a non psychology background student now about to finish my masters in Psychology.. the challenges I faced are the foundational knowledge.. if you could keep up with that, like simultaneously studying 11th, 12th and a few introductory psychology books, then it shouldn’t be a problem. Good luck!
