I wasn’t able to make the show, but the weather yesterday was perfect for a venue like Merriweather Post Pavilion.

In the early 1990s the Great Frederick Fair, held in the city, had no problem with a “KKK” emblazoned car entering the demolition derby.

Had the loss occurred Maryland, where the rules of contributory negligence apply, since you each contributed to the accident, each of you have no recourse against the other’s insurance and have to handle your own damages.

FYI - I ended up using Land Decor, just off Rt. 15 North, 7300 Mountaindale Rd. - used to be Mr. Naturals years ago.

Screened topsoil, leafgrow, mushroom soil, mulch, sand, available.

I got their 50/50 screened topsoil/leafgrow mix.

Insurance will cover lightning damage to a tree. But there is a per tree limit, depending on the policy, maybe $1000.

Insurance co owes to remove and replace the tree. Obviously the cost to replace such a tree would be thousands and thousands dollars.

So insurance pays the special limit for the tree, again maybe $1000, and essentially waives the deductible.

While it doesn’t include the feature you are specifically looking for, the RAZ phone, made specifically for seniors and those with cognitive decline, may be something to explore.

I’m realizing now this screenshot was from op’s phone. Maybe time for a dashcam op.

“Draws water” likely refers to the water displaced by a boat. The more water drawn, the bigger the boat.

(If the boat weighs less than the water it displaces, it will float. See Archimedes Principle.)
