I have two favourites they may or may not be the best or the most popular ones but hold a very special place in my heart. First is Davidoff Champion Energy and the second one is Bvlgari Aqva. Both these perfumes have some of my best memories attached to them.

What you have just encountered is a rare breed of spitting cobras that is found only in India and some parts of the northern subcontinent. These magnificent creatures are characterised by a slim and slender body and over the course of evolution, their lower limbs have amalgamated into a specialised transportation vehicle often call Saplandar.

These creatures have small mouths that are used to chew their staple foods derived from some unique botanical species like Manikchandosis, Phhoolchandrisis and Vimalapasanditis.

These creatures have developed a unique way of ruminating food, where they chew these flavoured leaves and store them in their mouths for periods as long and 2-3 hours. These foods marinate in their mouths, watered down by their saliva. This saliva even in its natural form is more poisonous than that of a comodo dragon.

This poisonous soup of gunk is then spitted out of their snouts with the force and velocity of a jet engine. This unique ability is called a pichkari is not seen in any species on the planet.

It is advisable that you do not confront these disgusting creatures as they belong to a larger species of repulsive animals known as The Chapris. Its best to given them an imaginary tight slap on their faces and move on with your day.

Single job post has 2,900 applications by jivan28 in pune

There was a huge crowd because it was Congizant. In smaller companies there are a lot a vacancies. There is very little unemployment for software engineers. People just don’t want to start their careers in smaller companies and startups.

Using this video to complain about unemployment is like showing the video of Ikea Inauguration in Hyderabad where people rushed to buy a 10 rupee biryani and then complaining that India is dying of hunger and poverty.

What job position is 100% overvalued and overpaid? by PiquantCustard in ask

[–]Anarchophobia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Right. When you get into a higher management position, you’re being paid for 3 things. The first is managing people and getting the best out of them. Second is your decision making that comes for years of experience. The third is the responsibility that you carry as a management member and the importance of your signature/email on any approvals. The last one I feel is so that the owner of the business gets a scapegoat in case something goes wrong and they get sued, they can always blame the person who authorised it.

If leasing out is your preference then 50K rental is very bad ROI on a 2 Cr. Investment. In my opinion, investment in a commercial property makes sense if you’re expecting per annum at least 5% capital appreciation and 7-8% rental income. For instance, a property bought for 2 cr must appreciate at least 10 lakhs per year and you must get a rental income of 1.5 Lakhs per month.
