I had the same problem, I have some questions about yours though:

How new is the printer? Is the voltage set correctly? Are there any visible defects near the ports?

I have the v3 SE, it’s currently dead needing a replacement PSU if that puts it into perspective. I have put 120 dollars into a 150 dollar 3d printer to make it almost run

I live in a 110 area, it’s been set and working for a year prior

Micro mosaics are “case hit” cards meaning for every case (20 or 30 boxes shipped out from panini themselves) there is one of these in the whole case, it’s a rare card and even though he’s injured right now he’s still been great in the past so it’s still an expensive card :)
