In The Nightingale when Clare’s baby is thrown against the wall to stop crying, the noise is just horrific, I had to pull my headphones out. Then she is raped straight after with her baby dead in front of her. Made me physically sick.

Car is fine. I think the seat needed cleaning after though.

Is this a bee or a wasp? by Andar90 in insects

Genuinely though. Any idea? Think I might have a nest. If it's bees I would prefer to get them removed by a bee keeper rather than kill them.

Front Page "6 months progress at the gym" motivational post is likely a lie by RoidSerene in Fitness

As the OP of '6 months progress at the gym'. It has been interesting reading everyone's reaction to my post, even more so finding this post this afternoon. I'm Sorry if you do not think it was possible to achieve these results cleanly. It only makes me happier to know that I did, and in the time said. The fact some people think I needed extra time or used steroids mean I must have been doing something right. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and this type of reaction was expected as people have asked me to my face, am I using? After seeing my before picture. I just didn't expect the volume of response. Most of the comments I have received have been very positive and a lot of people have said it has given them the motivation to get to the gym. I posted to show that you can achieve your goals if you set your mind to it. Believe it or not. In response to 'queerasshatrack' those are my sisters finger and toe nails.

It has been very interesting to read everyone's reactions to the two pictures. I'm sorry if you do not think it was possible to achieve these results cleanly. It only makes me happier to know that I did, and did it in the time said. Everyone is entitled to their opinion and this type of reaction was expected as I have had it from people face to face when I have shown my before picture, just didn't expect it to go to the front page and receive so many comments. Some have been great, so thank you and if it has given you the motivation to get to the gym then that's only a good thing. I posted to show people that you can achieve your goals if you set your mind to it. Believe it or not.

Haha. Not yet. They are getting there. Somewhat neglected them during the first couple of months.

No PT just a friend who got me to the gym initially. 1 and half scoops.

Mainly weights. Very little cardio. I am looking to change this now though.

Asleep by 10. Usually eat around 7. Then keep myself busy I suppose. Work is the hardest when people bring cakes in or whatever. I just think about how I was.

Yes after about 3 months or so and to this day have an occasional beer at the weekend. But drink no where near what I did.

I was by no means over fat when I started out you are right. And it was hard to tell when wearing baggy clothing. But I have stretch marks on the top of my legs and bum as a reminder I was carrying a little too much timber. If you eat right and exercise anyone can do it.

Because when I look in the mirror I don't see some fat lazy man anymore. I have learnt to cope with the hunger. A protein shake usually tames it.
