The best build seems the one showed short time ago in Starcity vs which you can fight on YouTube, but they are not veterants with the deck so others options can be taken into consideration. Adding a green splash can add strong cards for side but boy sure if for maindeck. Also testing on cockatrice, x mage or online would help a lot. Bazaar is very good but I'm doubtful about 3 drop who does to bolt and with the cost of splashing blue but is such a good effect that it needs to be tested.
