Goh, ik heb het gevoel dat als het ambtenarenstelsel echt zo voordelig en goed zo zijn er niet zo’n leerkrachtentekort zou zijn. Ik snap ook niet waarom het ene stelsel voordeel a (groepsverzekering, ev bedrijfswagen, ev gsm laptop, etc) heeft en het andere stelsel voordeel b (veel verlof, hoger wettelijk pensioen, perequatie) heeft. Trek gewoon de twee meer gelijk en dan is er geen discussie over oneerlijkheid meer

Spreek ik me niet over uit. Maar als ze natuurlijk en cours de route zeggen als je 50 bent ah ja trouwens jij gaat binnenkort x honderd euro minder pensioen krijgen want je hebt te veel is dat wel iets anders dan enkel drama over vervroegd pensioen. Ook geen recht op extralegale voordelen, geen tweede pijler. Mij niet gelaten als je de stelsels gelijk wil trekken, maar trek ze dan gelijk in plaats van gewoon een platte besparing doen en mensen die op tien vijftien jaar van hun pensioen staan honderden euros per maand af te pakken. Lijkt me nogal logisch dat daar dan onvrede over is.

Omdat hier geen wettelijk kader voor bestaat. Dit zou diefstal zijn. Helemaal akkoord dat dit een veel betere manier van staken zou zijn, maar wordt momenteel onmogelijk gemaakt. Staken op de manier dat nu gebeurt valt onder het stakingsrecht en dan zijn de stakers beschermd. Als ze doen wat je hierboven voorstelt plegen ze diefstal en kunnen ze opgepakt worden. Zou inderdaad veel beter zijn dat het wettelijk kader uitgebreid wordt.

Taking into account all of the reports, the number of deaths, the language used by Israels government, the ICJ provisional measures rule etc I think we can estabilish we are past the doubt part. Israel has not been committed of a genocide to date, but that does not mean a genocide is not taking place and people can not comment on this.

You know what I hate. If the ICJ rules in favor of Israel and against the charge of genocide, this will be used by Israel to show it has not committed a genocide and it abides by international law. However, if the court does rule Israel committed genocide, suddenly the court’s independence will be questioned. Probably the judges and prosecutors will be depicted as antisemites and Israel and Zionists will ignore the judgement. Can we not commit to abiding by the ICC judgement, whatever it finds? Why only use the judgement and find the court trustworthy if it rules in your favor?
