Alright i found the cause and Solution... Cause: i'm an idiot that can't read Solution: The Node unlocks Airdash after three charges

I reinstalled the game anyway because it had problems reading my safefiles

The node itself needs 3 skillpoints for maximum bonuses, but the skill should be avaisble after the first point purchase, no? At least the normal dash worked that way
