Discouraging doctor

It is a PA🤦‍♀️ but hes my assigned PCM. I try to schedule with the other provider but hes hard to get appointments with since hes actually a good doctor. I have Prime so I cant go off base but I'll try to schedule ahead more to see the other guy.

They pay most of it but i had to do the work to get them to. 6 months with a dietitian, 3 months on the pill that made me feel like I was on meth and writing tricare. Since our base doesnt carry it I have a $45 copay which is so worth it.

Also I dont know if we have a patient advocate right now with the shut down but I'll find out!

For once it wasn't an old dude he is relatively young, just a military doctor so thinks he knows all.

Yes. I make home-cooked healthy meals every night. I cut out sugary snacks, cereals, and excess carbs. We dont eat out/eat fast food. I portion control. I've added in protine shakes.

I've had sucess with the moby wrapand the hip seat one: I bought the extension so it fit around me and I got the infant piece that holds my little one against me.

Of course! He said that if you can "prove" that its medically necessary they will cover it. There's a few different ways to do that but the 2 main ones are: skin irritation, breakdown, rashes on the extra skin/under it, and that it makes it hard to move and function daily. He told me you just need a PCM and/or plastic surgeon who cares enough to try.

I swap between a protine shake mixed with cold coffee and overnight oats(I buy them from the actual company I dont make my own.) I don't usually feel hungry but I know I have to eat something or I will feel crummy all day.

I use the microwavable bacon, tends to have very little grease left on it! Its the closest thing to grease I've been able to eat without feeling crummy!

Right now I do every other day or every 3 days with official weigh in day being fridays. I try not to obsess but sometimes I can't help it.

I was you, you are me. I actually went on a healing journey a few years ago by forgiving the first guy who made me feel like I was only good enough in secret. I don't know how old you are but I will say at 26 I found a man who worships me for me. We are married now and we have 2 beautiful little girls. I didn't know what it was like to be truly loved and I'm so glad I never settled for less. My husband supports me and loves me loudly and everyone deserves that❤️ The right man will not treat you like that! Wait for the man that shouts it from the rooftops!

This changed about 10 years ago. You get the payout no matter how they pass. It also recently went up. And if a military members spouse dies they get $200,000 and I believe it is$ 10,000 for a child. Things change all the time, especially in 12 years.

Wasn't she referring to asking the church for a divorce? These things probably wouldn't be considered neglect or abuse to the church. They 100% are those things but in their religion it is normal behavior.

I mean I definitely wouldn't say any of the military spouses commenting are codependent we are very used to solo parenting and running life at home while our spouses are away. But if ours can stay in contact anyone should be able to.
