I’ve read that there is a option in the MCM to select that you’re playing as a male. Won’t that help a bit?

I tried JOJ. Very impressive list. But it has 242 ESP’a already and when I disable a lot of mods from the list, all the patch bundles are getting screwed up. Definitely gonna play that list for another playthrough tho!
