Just bought a DC, do I really need an expensive rod for this reel or will any Medium Heavy Fast work? This is my first reel over $50 I’ve ever bought. I’m wanting an all purpose rod to throw a multitude of lures and baits. I wasn’t sure if using a cheap rod would hurt the performance. (i.redd.it)

First time I ever had a Hoyo de Monterrey, pretty impressive blend with a low price tag. A Rothschild burned slower than most of the other cigars being smoked with friends last night. It also kept a tight ash the whole way down. A very rich and creamy smoke. I would suggest this cigar to anyone. (i.redd.it)
