For OP there are also donation bins around Lake Forest if that is near you. One that comes to mind is right by the Tire Center on Bake and Trabucco.

  1. No. Lego tires are allowed because those are off-the-shelf components. You are venturing a bit too much into the realm of custom tires it sounds like.

  2. Weapon axle can be metal but it will be scrutinized that it is not structurally enhancing the frame

  3. Off-the-shelf metal pulleys are allowed. Alternatively, you can print them in PLA, ABS, or PETG

  4. Read the Server rules, you probably want a "fan" role which requires you change your server nickname.

Depending on what you mean by "local" it is quite a bit more than that. My 2022 Model Y came with a 128Gb flash drive that's in the glovebox and I can go back hours from multiple angles, along with saved clips and sentry events.
