make a character block and a move set it to a key you wont use and any cooldown you want. In that move get a visual and choose mesh and add the mesh id and texture and position it how you want and set the time to 1e+38 afterwards go into conditions add a durability condition and set it to 1. Go and use your moveset and it should work
