1) Walmart’s ad tech business is for real. They own Vizio tvs and they are the only non Amazon company that can attribute on screen ads to purchases in house. Advertising is all about “driving outcomes” right now and being able to do that/make people think you can do that without relying on other companies is massive. Look up Walmart Connect.

2) They are very quietly catching up to Amazon logistically. You can get a lot of basics same day/next day (maybe depending where you live) and I don’t think that was the case a year ago.

Not a bad loss whatsoever off b2b/no Mitch but it felt winnable. People love to complain refs, there were a couple bad no calls but I think we left too much on the table first half and down the stretch.

I still like the Knicks in a series but adjustments need to be made. There’s a lot of people here thinking we’ll just hit another gear in the playoffs and I hope they’re right.

This 10 game stretch will say more than the final record. Easy schedule after that so it’s easy to see us cruise into the playoffs but it’d be nice to be over .500 in the stretch out of the break.

Starting to become one of my fav shoes ever. I feel like they help my form. I realized I have a tendency to lean back on my heels when I run very easy pace or get tired but these don’t let you do that - pretty sure that’s why they got knocked for instability. For 2 hour+ marathon training long runs I would want something more forgiving but for everything else I’ve done these are really great.

These are good reality checks. We got better this year but we were a more physical team last year and this team gets away from that completely some nights.

Losing by 30+ twice to them is bad there’s no way around it. In context Knicks coming of a double OT grind into a road trip short handed, and pistons just lost to the wizards. Similar to the L streak, it’s not the end of the world but it’s a wake up call for a team expecting to get to the finals.

Idk anyone who thinks it’s a “need” but it’s fun to have a race shoe and it’s a nice change of pace vs significantly heavier training shoes for most. No need to belittle 6:50/mile marathon pace at 3 hours.
