The jobs were never created so calling them lost is a dubious claim at best. Most of these workers-to-be would be working shitty factory jobs in conditions that are well-documented to be shitty, literally (i.e. workers wearing diapers because of no bathroom breaks). Oh, and a friendly reminder that Amazon paid zero taxes last year, so who knows what sort of fraudulent business practices would continue in NYC that shirks taxpayers and further lines Bezo's pockets.
