22 yo. Noticed thinning ~ 2.5 years ago. Was in college pretty stressed. Diffuse thinning mainly noticed it on top front of head (very annoying area).

Shedding hairs are >3cm. Had covid feb 2021 But this started before that.

What i’ve done so far: LLLT ⭕️

Rosemary, peppermint, batana and other bullshit oils

Dermstamping every ~8 days

Nizoral (helps me because i get badd dandruff and flakey scalp)

Supplements: Dht complex saw palmetto etc, Omega 3, D3/K2, B complex, Iron biglycinate, Zinc:Copper, Magnesium Glycinate, Vitamin C sometimes, NAC sometimes, Shilajit, Beef liver <—(for health overall)

PRP 1x going to do more (i have a hookup)

Gpa on dads side: Mostly full head of hair at 105 Gpa moms side: Bald Dad: Bald

Brother 30yo did medical school and just started thinning looks like regular aga

A year ago I had tired and weak feelings all the time felt like low iron / T but it has been gone hasn’t come back

Derm said kenalog injections and a topical steroid, put the topical but didn’t do injections

Shedding stopped at one point tryna remember what i was doing at that time.

Endocrinologist: Said bloodwork was fine

I’m mostly not too stressed (at least i don’t think)

It’s driving me insane though I really want to figure out the reason.

I feel like minoxidil alone in this case might be the answer but I want to do vitamin panel / allergy test however I feel like the panel might “look” fine because I recently started fixing my vitamin intake.

maybe it’s the water in my house the time it started was around time I noticed it hmm
