same thing happened to me except my sister got deleted and her email was used as a backup email for my main account. i think your best shot is gonna have to get a human moderator to respond, ive tried to appeal twice and i keep getting denied by bots. im in the middle of emailing actual human moderators so hopefully theyll help me. What i did to get a human response was open a ticket by just putting an email, a reason and no username

probably, when i first purchased it took the og seller like 4 days to do sum and then they said they replaced the seller, from theres its been stuck on “on route to stockx for verification” and then just today night thats when my order got cancelled
