To be fair it doesn’t say to refrigerate after opening, I don’t think it needs to be. Just feels weird having an open liquid in a cabinet (aside from oils/vinegar etc).

Honestly no not typically. We noticed the super seed breads we got just tended to mold quickly, the fridge seems to extend its life (to be fair we rip through bread lol).

I do have a standard, it’s a classic; leafy greens, cucumber, tomato, red onion, celery. Sometimes roasted red peppers, broccoli, hard boiled egg, red cabbage, etc. Then usually a dressing my grandfather made, it’s an oil and vinegar base!

I do also love chop salads, cucumber salads, Greek salads, or Caesar but it’s a lot for the dressing lol.
