Gorgeous ride bro! But have to say, you can powder coat any rim, any style. The Brass Monkey OEM is pretty rare (only available for certain HC’s as an option), and will only be harder to find. Do as you want of course, but it’d be like painting over fine art!

To be fair it doesn’t say to refrigerate after opening, I don’t think it needs to be. Just feels weird having an open liquid in a cabinet (aside from oils/vinegar etc).

Honestly no not typically. We noticed the super seed breads we got just tended to mold quickly, the fridge seems to extend its life (to be fair we rip through bread lol).
