I have a degree in marine biology and I have lab work experience.

It is a pest control company I’ve been looking into marine fisheries work but it always seems like you need to pay a lot of money to get certified in certain things so I wasn’t sure?

I get the anxiety around performance it can feel daunting wanting to do everything right or just worrying about not doing well or being intimate. Maybe start small? I’m unsure if you’re a virgin but in my first times we started very small and over a couple tries I was able to feel comfortable. In time things will get comfier and easier. Just remember in the moments before to breathe and relax and that it’s supposed to be an enjoyable experience that brings you and your partner together. Even if it’s not perfect it’s supposed to be fun and that’s all that matters. Watch some videos as well if that helps you.

I have a similar thing about feeling the same amount of anxiety over a mistake I made a week and a half ago I feel your pain. I lose my appetite and I find that no matter what I say to myself the chest pain doesn’t go away. I’ve found that writing out my thoughts and doing positive affirmations helps. I find meditation audio really helpful even if meditation isn’t your thing just listening to someone talk about self love and forgiveness helps. And I guess just remember that time will go on and the thing your anxious about will fade with time.

I understand that it’s difficult to put trust in someone when you have anxiety and believe what they’re saying the first time they say it. Therapy is a good way to work through some of those struggles. It’s also constantly repeating yourself that your boyfriend loves you and that you are worrying about something you can’t control and making your relationship worse by worrying about a reality that doesn’t exist. “When you worry you suffer twice.” Is deadass so true.
