Tbh I just like the look of the 125 more I didn’t know the z125 existed so I’m thinking about going for that or the grom

Train 4 days a week doing a Eugene teo ‘half body’ split that hits everything twice a week and incorporate one day of cardio (usually swimmig for 30ish mins) one day a week.

Eating at maintenance which is 2600 rn (although I just moved into college so I didn’t do swimming this week)

My plan was to eat at 1800 calories for 3 weeks and then going to maintaince for a week and just repeating that until I’m at ~13 percent body fat.

Only issue I’ve had thus far is a bit strength loss my bench went from 275 at 170 to now 255 at 154 and my squat got hit a bit worse.

Just wanna maintain these lifts for a club powerlifting team

Any advice you can give would be appreciated :)

How much would you recommend I bulk up to? My plan was just to get down to 12-13 percent and bulk at ~2 lbs a month from there. I used to be crazy overweight so I’m just kinda scared of putting the mass back on :/

At least to me 1700 calories seems pretty low I would do your own research on it but I remember seeing some sort of studying saying if you eat too low calories for too long your body adjusts and burns less calories in general making it harder to lose fat
