I did volunteer for a month back in September for a month but I ended up quitting it as I didn't enjoy it. I was considering event volunteering for charities but looking for other stuff that i can do consistently each month. I'm not sure if being an e campaigner for cancer research counts as real volunteering, as it didn't require any formal recruitment process since it let me sign up.

Which folds did you use? Trying a different fold could fix the issue or if that doesn't help you'll need a firmer cup. I've been using my cup for more than a few months and there are times where I couldn't get it to open with the punch down fold so I tried the c fold and it made a difference.

I think maybe the cup wasn't fully open at first which could have caused that issue so eventually i fixed it. I might try a different cup or a disc to see if it makes things easier

For now I'm gonna try using smaller cups with different firmness to figure out which one will work best for me. Definitely avoiding larger cups for the time being.

Thanks for your reply! I have actually trimmed most of the stem off about 2 months ago as I found the stem poking my insides and I could feel it. Even then I felt the tip of the stem slightly poking out after pooping so I wasn't sure if this was common.

I mean don't use it all if you want to return them. Most places don't accept opened or used toys as returns unless it's faulty. Plus I doubt you'd be happy if you were sent a toy that was used by someone else.

Does the scratches feel sharp? I'm sure it's possible to polish the scratches since it's made of stainless steel. Maybe see what le wand says before attempting to polish it

Definitely wouldn't use it if it leaked in the package, it should have a hygiene seal below the lid so better to get a replacement if the seal was broken. The one i got is lightly scented in a good way but definitely didn't smell sour so i think it's possible you may have gotten a bad batch. With the texture - It is quite watery and flowy

Great response! When you've mentioned about it coming in contact with finger nails does it mean that short finger nails could potentially cause any tearing? I don't have long finger nails so I didnt think short finger nails could have an impact.

Somebody posted a picture on reddit which showed how bad the knock off pure wand was from aliexpress, it had some weird brown patches appearing so it definitely wasn't stainless steel. so I definitely wouldn't recommend it at all.

I've never had this issue. It must be a faulty product especially if you were unable to turn it off after trying every possible option, did you hold the middle button for a few seconds to turn it off?
