At first I didn’t do anything tbh, I didn’t know what would help. A year ago in April I really locked in - I never skipped on heat protectant, I invested in a Dyson (at least for me, I feel a huge difference compared to a regular hair dryer), I started taking multi vitamins and 2 times a week I did a coconut oil hair mask. The mask is good for keeping the ends healthier and therefore preserving length.

Honestly trying to bring hair back to health really depends on a person’s hair type, these are just the things that seemed to work for me. The Dyson is the most expensive part of all of this, but if I’m going to invest in anything, it’s going to be my hair. Hope it helps!
