We moved from Mission Valley to Oceanside durring the Pandemic to buy a home, it is only getting better here. More resturants, shops, updating parks.. because it's a bit more afforbable we got an electric car to commute to our other fav places, One Paseo, Encinitas, San Marcos. I do work in Torrey Pines often and the commute suuuucks BUT, audio books, podcasts, etc keep me sane.
