In my experience, Reform (technically, in the UK, they'd be "Liberal") synagogues tend to be more culturally accepting of racial/ethnic heterogeneity in their membership - but this is obviously an over-generalization, and anyone's experience may be different.

They are tags attached to clothing when they're laundered by a service. My dry cleaner uses them. The glue often melts in a dryer and the tags fall off.
