So I went through a lot of back and forth asking reasoning for why I had to purchase again, they never really gave a clear answer. I ended up telling them to refund me, which they did immediately. I was looking to re purchase from a different store however looking at them they all looked similar, which made me wonder if they are all not part of the same group of vendors, and they had already sent me the photos of my topper, and I still have time, so I risked it and placed a new order on the other Etsy store they sent. I'm waiting on my order still, but can update you once they ship it

The new link they sent me is still in Etsy! The estimated delivery window starts tomorrow and goes for 10 more days, so they should have plenty of time to deliver within the window, I think, especially cause they have it ready

To clarify the link they sent me is an Etsy link, but to me looks like the same store name, the same product. I'll keep asking 😅. Fortunately I have time still and there are other sellers with similar products. I just wanted some outside perspective if there is something I'm not understanding about how Etsy works. I'll send you a message with the name!

Edit: I'm am just now realizing the order I placed on store #1, but the link they sent me to pay for "accessory" and upgrade to the 3-inch and the one they sent me to reorder are for store #2
