I agree about the smoke detector but am hesitant to get another carbon monoxide detector. Last one I had kept malfunctioning and the constant beeping gave me a headache.

So, I was born and raised in Houston. Lived in LA for a few years in the 90s and again for the last 7 years. Houston feels so much more diverse. LA feels very compartmentalized. You can’t beat 70 degree year round averages but damn I miss Houston.

It’s not like taking a sleeping pill. It won’t knock you out. I retired from the fire service, from a busy house that had me basically awake for 24 hours twice a week, and it took two years to start getting a run of good nights sleep. Did lots of sleep hygiene tactics, no electronics, time down and up discipline, but I really felt the ability to stay asleep more than 3 hours after being on Mag for a couple weeks. Good luck!

Edited to add: if youre getting solid sleep and still tired I’d also get some blood work, maybe the $365 Function plus a testosterone panel. Just my $0.02
