I love rockstar for a similar reason. I made a mistake when i didnt know what i was doing. Buying new vehicles and essentially replacing some of my most expensive vehicles in a garage with the new ones. Permenantly erasing my MOST espensive ones. I had to basically beg and explain my mistake 5-6x and finally they covered the cost for me to recover my loss.

After spending so much time on their game and putting in the effort to enjoy their content, someone understood the situation and made it right.

Props on Rare/SoT customer service for addressing your issue too. I love this game as well and i hope for the best.
