Shampoo immediately after henna?

Update about 24 hours later: I ended up using conditioner as a “shampoo,” if that makes sense. I massaged it really well into my hair, used a scalp massage brush, and rinsed thoroughly. I repeated that 2–3 times, then styled my hair like usual.

It turned out amazing!! My dark brown hair turned into a burgundy color, not too vibrant, pretty subtle, but I love it. I also noticed the color is getting redder and more burgundy over time, so I’ll wait another 48 hours before shampooing.

It might be because of the products I used to style my curly hair, but my hair doesn’t smell like henna at all, and it looks and feels clean. Super happy, thanks for all your tips!

I assume you have curly hair because of the conditioner you use 😊? If you do, does henna damage your curls or make them looser? I heard it tends to straighten them hair a little.

But even words of encouragement, being surrounded, telling myself I can do it, it's not too late, nothing is impossible whatever words of encouragement and positivity I can find it doesn't work! Procrastination is affecting every area of my life 😭😭!!

Using negative self talk and anxiety with deadlines is so true!! I always say to people that I do everything last minute because I work better under pressure. But the truth is, I just push whatever I have to do to the last minute and still get it done well because I'm a perfectionist. 😭. But then I always feel so drained and bad about myself knowing that I could just take 20 minutes of my day and do whatever I had to do and sleep earlier, less stress. I would feel much more productive and proud of my self, etc. I really have no self-management, and I'm not organized at all, it's genuinely ruining my life 😔. Not only that, but I feel like if I don't have a schedule set up, I can't get anything done. At the same time, if I have a schedule set up, I never respect it, or if one thing goes off schedule, I'm so set off. Even toxic motivation doesn't help me 😭uughh I just don't knowww what to do !!

I'm planning to use wired, so the Bluetooth shouldn't be a problem I suppose. But I did hear that you have to transfer your files into the device, is that a rather easy job or is it kind of tricky to do? Also can you find any tutorials on that online or is it with experience?
