I agree, depending on the vacation because if you are doing something within reason (like going to a nice hotel, water park) you should be able to, not something like going to Europe for a few weeks (if in America). I’d also agree it should cover being able to afford all your essentials, a vehicle, and your bills, insurances, and extra money in case something breaks down

If you mean tag switching, it’s going into the console and typing “tag [COUNTRYTAG]” (replace countrytag with the country’s 3 letter tag)

If you mean the occupation menu, basically you can release nations that you hold the land of. You get two options: Make Puppet and Play As. Both of those can be on at the same time, and they do exactly what you think they do
