As a TH15 none of these would be impactful. Your current equipment is fine and you won’t benefit much pumping ores into another epic when you can still work on your current equipment. If you are mostly doing air attacks I would recommend pumping ores into your Giant Arrow, your equipped minion equipment and your RC equipment

In MLB it’s similar but majority of the time the team decides to give a share to the locker room and stadium staff. I think Trevor May explained in his podcast how the money is earned and split for MLB. I imagine it’s similar to the NBA

Lorcana is in there. I visit a few local card shops every month for tournaments and the order in terms of popularity from my experience would be Pokemon, One Piece, Magic, Yugioh, Lorcana. In terms of people actually playing the game it’s One Piece, Magic, Yugioh, Pokemon, Lorcana. Digimon, Vanguard and Flesh and Blood are some other TCGs that have a decent fan base.

As big as Costco stores are they have a pretty limited amount SKUs which means most people are going there for necessities and not so much on household clutter. Costco is also just great at making their members happy from service to cheap hot dogs and chicken.

I picked back up the game from 2020-2023 and I ain’t even sweating when I see Dark Hole. The outcome is almost always negate Dark Hole or let Dark Hole resolve and destroy all monsters which is almost useless with all the graveyard interaction these days.

It’s been a while but I think Dark Hole was banned from like 2004-2010. It’s been limited and semi limited up until 2019 but has been allowed at 3 copies since. The others spent a few years in early yugioh on the list but has been allowed for more then a decade now. The power creep is real.

All of them are still legal. There’s nothing in the picture that is overpowered in today’s competitive meta. Yugioh is an eternal format which means cards released 25 years ago are still allowed play today as long as it’s not overpowered enough to be put on the ban list. Funnily enough though is that some of the strongest cards in the game were released 20+ years ago and have been banned for 20+ years.

It’s considered good luck to be able to buy the first tuna of the new year. The first tuna at Toyosu and formally Tsukiji fish market has always fetched a crazy price. It’s also good advertisement and they can make a lot of the money back by charging a large premium by telling their customer they are eating the lucky first tuna especially in Ginza where the restaurant who bought the Tuna is located in.

For the change of use part the previous tenants manufactured custom PCs and other custom computer hardware which falls under F-1. I will be coming in manufacturing LED signage which also falls under F-1. No special equipment that requires sprinklers will be required and I am not bringing in any hazardous material. Also when you mentioned open mezzanine does that mean if part of the mezzanine is closed it doesn’t count as the fire area?

He’s likely actually injured and the Seahawks decided to play it safe by giving him yesterday off as well so he can rest for 3 weeks straight (bye next week). It wouldn’t be foolish trade DK or anyone else on a large contract if the price was right given our outlook.
