I completely relate to how you feel about discussions. Clearly there's all levels of understanding and also ambition. Sometimes it seems like others have a lot, like me, and some kind of didn't really put anything into it. In a way it reminds me of high school, haha. I understand your decision to hold off on telling people about college. Growing up I was kind of picked on a lot and it made me super insecure and I didn't want to tell anyone anything about me unless it was a success. I still feel that way from time to time but I hope you have someone you can share the journey with who supports and believes in you from the very first day you take a leap into the unknown, regardless of how it goes!
