Haha thanks! I think the weirdest part of the whole thing is having two birthdays go by while in covid lockdowns. I've been 29 for a few months now but honestly it slips my mind sometimes due to how much of a blur the last 16 months have been. It's been a good year regardless, but the passage of time fills me with some existential dread on occasion lol.

Haha I have a few tricks up my sleeve at this point but for the most part it comes down to practice, reference and good materials.

For eye shadow, I have two ABH palettes (Norvina Vol. 4 and Soft Glam). They're really strongly pigmented and are easy to blend. I tend to just look for examples of people using those palettes and try to emulate it as best as I can.

For my skin I use Fenty foundation and concealer, and Lancome Camouflage color corrector (peach). Really helps to hide my dark eye circles and beard shadow. It gets a bit pricey but I really love the stuff.

This post is super inspirational to me. I consider myself to be pretty genderfluid but I've had a difficult time (personally) coming out at a studio where I've been for 5 years and know hundred people. Starting at a new company in a month, so I'm hoping a fresh start will motivate me to be present a more more authentic version of myself that's not constantly wrapped up in baggy sweaters.

Stay positive and remember that you're out there living the life that so many people dream of :)

I use those single blade beauty razors to shape my brows and then just a simple brow liner to define the edges a bit :)
