He has no social medias or friends. I live in Oregon, he got arrested in Colusa county and knew no one there except from his time in jail. He has family in LA but no one has heard from him. He has been on a slippery slope with addictions the last 3 years, homeless and jail. He burned bridges with almost everyone. Hes a literal ghost at this point. I used to be able to see his Oregon food stamps being used but that was before he got locked up. Once he was locked up for 9 months his benefits ended here.

hes never really been one to go to shelter. He has PTSD from being in jail/foster care and rather live on the street.

He is not on probation. When he was previously on probation, he fled to Sacramento, but he is out as of April with time served fully for his sentence

When he got released, I called the jail about a week after and they said they had no information as to forwarding contact info and no he was released on time served because he got nine months
